Abstract
Drawing on a confidential survey of treasury teams at fifteen sovereign wealth funds, we document liquidity management practices adopted during the global tightening cycle that began in 2022. The study formally categorizes funding ladders, collateral mobilization strategies, and intra portfolio liquidity transfers, and it identifies the institutional features most strongly associated with stable performance under stress.
